Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania Promotes Two Staff Members

The organization promoted Migdalia Garcia to Associate Director of Operations, Jon Irons to Data & Evaluation Manager.

 

Allentown, PA (May 1, 2021)– Communities in Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania (CISEasternPA), an agency that removes the nonacademic barriers that keep students from achieving academically and in life, internally promoted Migdalia Garcia and Jon Irons to Associate Director of Operations and Data & Evaluation Manager, respectively.

Garcia will transition from Program Manager to Associate Director of Operations on June 1. As Associate Director of Operations, she will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality programs and services that reflect and advance CISEasternPA’s mission and priorities. Garcia’s main responsibilities include supporting program managers and staff in day-to-day program execution while ensuring impactful outcomes, achievement of operational plans, and adherence to models and standards for all implementations.

“Migdalia and Jon have been vital to CISEasternPA’s efforts to surround students with a community of support, and we are thrilled to offer promotions that enable them to further help students succeed through organization-wide programs,” said Tim Mulligan, President & CEO of CISEasternPA.

Irons is moving from Site Coordinator at Whitehall Coplay Middle School to Manager of Data & Evaluation on June 1. In his new role, Irons will be responsible for managing agency-wide data analysis, data support, outcome development and measurement, program evaluation, and research capabilities for all CISEasternPA initiatives.
