September 1, 2021: The annual Celtic Classic Highland Games and Festival is scheduled for September 24-26, 2021, in historic downtown Bethlehem.

Celtic Classic celebrates the Celtic culture with the U.S. National Highland Games Championship, which features the top pro athletes in the United States, pipe bands, cultural clans and societies, and five stages of performers engage the audiences with traditional Celtic music.

Celtic Cultural Alliance, which produces Celtic Classic, is working closely with health officials from the city of Bethlehem.  Policy will change as regulations set by the city of Bethlehem and Pennsylvania Department of Health are updated.

Most of the live music stages and performances are outside where masks are not mandated.  Because the city of Bethlehem has a mandate on city buildings, masks are mandated inside the Ice House. Individuals can decide to wear a mask in crowded outdoor settings at Celtic Classic.

For up-to-date information and to find all of the performers, schedules, maps and more, please visit celticfest.org or Celtic Classic on Facebook and Twitter,” said Jayne Ann Recker, Executive Director of Celtic Cultural Alliance.

Celtic Classic Highland Games & Festival runs from September 24, 4:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., Saturday, September 25, 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m, and Sunday, September 26, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
