Guests can tour the Lehigh Valley’s first net zero energy building during SEF’s grand opening celebration.

LEHIGH VALLEY, PA – Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF) has partnered with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce to host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of their Net Zero Energy Building.

This building, which serves as SEF’s new headquarters, showcases their dedication to “walking the walk.” This building introduces net zero building to the Lehigh Valley and proves that it is possible to build net zero at market rate. They are thrilled to be able to share this building with their community and invite the community to join on the celebration.

The event will include remarks from SEF’s President, John Costlow; SEF’s Board Chair, Jocelyn Cramer; SEF’s former Board Chair, Robert Thomson; members of the design/build team for the project; representatives of local government, and more. The event will also include an official dedication of the classroom in the space in honor of Craig Onori, who was a longtime steward of sustainable energy in the Lehigh Valley community and a friend and prior Board member of SEF. After the official ribbon cutting, SEF will also host a networking event and an opportunity for self-guided tours of the space.

To reserve your spot, please call Sustainable Energy Fund at 610-264-4440 by September 10th.

Substantial parking is available in the building lot. All attendees will be asked to park in the back of the lot as festivities will be happening near the front.
