Bethlehem, PA: Join us for light refreshments on Monday, February 7 from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. as we celebrate the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of The Bethlehem Armory Apartments. The ribbon-cutting is set to start at 5:00 p.m.

John Callahan states, “The Armory is a more than $13 million investment from Peron in west Bethlehem. The Armory project supported hundreds of jobs and brought a vacant property that has been off the tax rolls for more than 90 years back to productive use. The Armory will bring more residents in close walking distance to downtown and support our merchants and small businesses. Adaptive reuse of historic buildings is never easy, and this project certainly had its challenges but the results are well worth it.”
The historic Bethlehem Armory was built in the 1930’s as a National Guard facility. It is now a renovated apartment complex offering 75 apartments with the original art deco feel and modern comforts. The complex offers amenities such as a game room, fitness center, community lounge, coffee bar, and so much more. Apartments feature high ceilings, walk-in closets, full size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and more. This contemporary complex is a short walk to downtown and will be a great addition to the city of Bethlehem.
