McDonald’s has made its way to Coopersburg. Owner Jim McIntyre owns several other McDonald’s in the area and is an active member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce sitting on the Hellertown Lower-Saucon board. Each of Jim’s stores are integral parts of their communities, hosting several fundraisers each month for organizations such as local schools, sports teams, or even food pantries. This new location already has a full list of fundraisers scheduled including a food drive for Betty Lou’s Pantry. Throughout the month of April, guests can bring in a specified food item for the pantry and receive a specific menu item for free. The culminating ribbon cutting event will be held on April 26th from 11:30AM to 1:30PM with the ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:45AM. All are invited to attend this event and celebrate the business opening.
