Via of the Lehigh Valley Announces Three Staff Promotions

BETHLEHEM, PA (Aug. 20, 2022) – Via of the Lehigh Valley is pleased to announce three staff promotions within our programs.

Chelsea Hamm is promoted to the Director of Community and Adult Training Services. In this role, Hamm will oversee and lead the Community Connections and Adult Training Services programs and ensure quality service to all participants supported by these services. Hamm has been with Via for almost 8 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg University.

Megan Tegyi is promoted to the Director of Pre-Vocational and Production Services. In this role, Tegyi will oversee the management of the individuals in the prevocational program, as well as work to integrate individuals into the Small Group Employment production worksites in the community. She has been with Via for 10 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University.

Michele Ebert is promoted to the Admissions Manager for Community and Small Group Employment. In this role, Ebert will manage adult community employment and referrals, intakes, and admissions to help ensure that Via’s high-quality employment services are provided in a timely and organized manner. Ebert has been with Via for four years and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from American InterContinental University.
