Join us on Thursday, September 22 from 2:30pm- 3:30pm to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting of Capo & Co. Take a trip back to the 1920s where speakeasies were becoming popular and jazz was the new craze, when you stop by for a meal at Capo & Co. The Lehigh Valley’s newest bar and restaurant serves warm food and cold beer all in a prohibition- styler atmosphere. Stop by and get a bite to eat or try one of their pour- your- own beers on their rotating tap wall. One thing is for certain, you’re going to enjoy your time there.

Ribbon Cutting will take place at 3pm! Tony Mannino, owner, has a few words about how excited he is for this Grand Opening, “After 3 years of brainstorming, gutting, remodeling, finalizing and a Covid later, I am so happy to finally announce the Grand Opening of Capo & Co. Blood, sweat, and tears have been put into the complete remodel of the once Italiano Delite, and we are so ecstatic to be where we are today. With a menu that is sure to please everyone in the family including many Italian classics, incredible appetizers, scrumptious sandwiches and vegan and gluten- free items, you won’t leave us with a rumbling stomach.

From signature cocktails to our self- tapping beer and wine wall featuring craft beers and Italian wines, taking a night to yourself at Capo sounds like a dream. Emmaus is a special town that deserves something a little different, Capo & Co is just that.” Hope to see you there!
