The Pocono Chamber of Commerce is excited to host a ribbon cutting celebration for Ideal Property Management, a highly quality property management service for short-term rental properties here in the Poconos.

Managing Directory Marty Nicoll has owned and managed investment properties since 1990 and is thrilled to be bringing his New York business skills to the Pocono Region. Ideal Property Management currently owns 3 large single-family homes in the area and is managing several additional properties. Their mission is to partner to property owners to “reduce stress and make more money together!”

They are opening the doors to one of their properties in Long Pond to host their ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday September 22^nd from 5:30 to 7:30PM. “With Air BnB properties becoming more and more prevalent throughout our country, it is exciting to see a local company investing in making sure visitors to our region have a 5 star lodging experience”, stated Hayden Rinde, Manager of the Pocono Chamber of Commerce. All are invited to join in this free event.
