Cactus Blue, a staple in the Lehigh Valley, has announced that they are coming to Emmaus, PA! Owners, Adam Gangewere and Liz Ortiz, have closed their doors to the Bethlehem location after 18 years and are excited to start this new journey and chapter of their lives with their three children. “We have been so fortunate to find success in a really challenging industry and we know that it’s because of our hardworking staff and generous clients – who have grown to be friends and family. We look forward to this new chapter and can’t wait for everyone to see the new place – it’s fun, festive, and already feels like home,” shares Elizabeth Ortiz.

The Emmaus Main Street Partners and East Penn Chamber are thrilled to be sharing the joy of a new business coming to the community! Join us on January 31st from 3:30- 5pm at 4030 Chestnut Street for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of Cactus Blue! The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 4pm. Adam Gangewere shares, “We are thrilled to be a part of the Emmaus community and continue to serve the great people of the Lehigh Valley. I am excited to continue to create so many of the dishes that have become favorites and also work with the staff to make new items that will switch it up for those that love to try new things.”

Mayor Lee Ann Gilbert of Emmaus shares her excitement of the Grand Opening, “I am very excited that Cactus Blue is coming to the area. I am looking forward to trying everything on the menu. I offer sincere wished for many years of success, welcome to the area!”
