Working together with 3-4 people, Earn a Bike is an opportunity to teach life lessons through bicycle mechanics. Meet 4-6 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday. You do not have to commit to each day. The Easton Urban Farm serves disadvantaged neighborhoods throughout the city by supplying food pantries with fresh, organically grown produce in the summer season. The Easton Neighborhood Center needs volunteers to commit to a 3-hour shift on the Farm once a week starting August 15 through September to harvest produce 8-11 a.m. on Tue, Wed, Thu, or Sat. Lehigh County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers are appointed by dependency court judges to serve as the eyes and ears of the Judge. CASAs visit the child, write reports, and advocate for the child’s best interests. Minimum age 21.

Celebrating 43 years, Museum of Indian Culture invites you to participate in PA’s oldest Native American Indian festival. Set-up 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Aug 5,6,12,13. The Roasting Ears of Corn festival is August 19 and 20, with many areas of need including food stand, parking lot attendant, children’s activity area, kitchen food prep helpers & clean-up staff. 4-hour shifts. India Heritage Day is a one-day celebration of multi-cultural art, music, food, and fashion and will be held at the Allentown Arts Park on 5th Street on September 3. Hosted by Saara Arts, volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks including set up and tear down, food service, trash attendants, and floaters.
