Bethlehem, Pa. (September 26, 2023) – Katelyn P. Mack, president and chief operating officer of LINC, a nonprofit organization that helps employers advance diversity, equity and inclusion strategies in the workplace and community, was honored by Lehigh Valley Business with a 2023 Forty Under 40 award during a ceremony last night.

“It was a powerful experience to be recognized along with my fellow honorees and bring attention to our hard work and efforts to foster change not only within our companies and organizations but in the community as well,” said Mack.

Forty Under 40 recognizes professionals under the age of 40 who have been successful in the Greater Lehigh Valley area. Honorees, selected by the Lehigh Valley Business leadership team, were chosen based on professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change.

“This year’s Forty Under 40 honorees juggle busy jobs, education and family, all while finding time to make a difference in the lives of others,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of Lehigh Valley Business/BridgeTower Media. “They are dedicated to inspiring change and improving their communities. Lehigh Valley Business congratulates this year’s honorees.”

As President and COO of LINC, Mack oversees and manages all aspects of LINC to ensure the success of talent with diverse backgrounds, cultures and experiences through the power of learning, inclusion, networking, and connecting.

A Saucon Valley resident with deep roots in the Lehigh Valley, Mack is an active volunteer and community member, participating in college success programming and serving on boards of organizations supporting youths at risk of dropping out of high school. She holds a master’s degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she led communications and technology initiatives, and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.

The 2023 Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under 40 award celebration took place on Thursday, September 14, at the DeSales University Center in Center Valley.
