Allentown, Pa – PPL Center’s sellout excitement started with a Cody Johnson & Friends concert on October 28. The show started a two week span that saw over 50,000 people descend on downtown Allentown, filling shops and restaurants, for a diverse range of events at PPL Center.

After a quick changeover, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms played in front of a packed house the following afternoon, continuing their tradition of “Haunted on Hamilton” series of games, which included trick-or-treating and pumpkin painting around the concourse. A mid-week private event with the Boston Beer Company rolled right into an action-packed weekend of hockey and music.

Starting on November 3, Phantoms hockey fans packed the arena to enjoy the music of Taylor Swift on “Swiftie Takeover” night. Tickets came with the option of a special add-on for the “Swiftie Station,” which included signature Swiftie friendship bracelet making and a 360 camera for fans to show off their Swiftie inspired fits and new bracelets. All fans “had to do was stay” until the end of the game to catch a trilling overtime Phantoms win.

Following the Phantoms exhilarating overtime winner, Stevie Nicks entered the building for a sold out concert on November 4. Downtown Allentown was buzzing with excitement for the concert, with themed bar crawls, fashion exhibits, and an after party on the ArtsWalk.

After an exciting weekend, another sold out show took place on Tuesday, November 7 with Grammy Award winning rock band Tool visiting PPL Center.

On November 9th, Phantoms Premier Members were invited to have their Holiday Photos taken on ice and finally, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms delivered an electrifying performance as they hosted a sold-out home game on Saturday, November 11, with Boy Scout Night taking center stage. Scouts from across the Lehigh Valley region converged in the stands, with an intermission on ice parade, to witness the Phantoms go head-to-head against their rivals, the Hershey Bears.

The momentum continues at PPL Center this week with Jurassic World Live, November 17-19 and Trans-Siberian Orchestra on November 22 before the Phantoms return home for games on November 24th & 25th.
