Entech Engineering Recognized as One of PA’s Best Places to Work for the Fifth Consecutive Year.

Reading, PA Entech Engineering, Inc. (Entech) is pleased to announce the company has been ranked #31 on the list of Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for medium-size companies in 2023. Companies from across the state are evaluated to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania through an assessment of the company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, demographics, and measurements of the employee experience. The Best Companies Group conducts thorough company research via employee engagement and satisfaction surveys and employer questionnaires to get honest  feedback  and  rank  each

participating organization. This is Entech’s fifth consecutive year of being recognized.

Entech’s Human Resources Director, Catherine Bieleski, SHRM-CP, of revealed this insight into the process,

“We are proud to have won this award for the fifth time, but we are even more proud of how much we integrate the survey results into our strategic planning. After we thoroughly analyze the data for areas of growth and trends, we have a company-wide discussion about the results. Our leadership team then does a wonderful job formulating a plan for how we can maintain and improve our employees’ satisfaction in the upcoming years. As a result, our employees know why we continue to be one of PA’s Best Places to Work, and how we plan to build upon our progress each year.”

After hearing the news Colleen Euclide, Entech’s Energy Relations Coordinator, shared

“I have no doubt that Entech is one of the best places to work not only in Pennsylvania, but also in the country. As a young professional, I go to work every day knowing that my voice and ideas for growth and change will be heard from my manager, and from the entire leadership team. I am excited that this list showcases the effort that has been put into making Entech’s company culture truly remarkable for not just the last five years, but since the company’s beginning, four decades ago. Our company culture was established long before my start at Entech, but I look forward to helping it flourish even more in the years to come.”
