Bethlehem, PA (March 27, 2024) – Valley Youth House is pleased to announce the completion of a transformative renovation to its Lehigh Valley Shelter kitchen, thanks to the unwavering support of the following generous organizations and individuals:

Their generous contributions have allowed us to create a more welcoming and functional space that will empower our staff to better serve those in need.

The importance of the kitchen at the Valley Youth House Lehigh Valley Shelter cannot be overstated. It serves as the heart of the home, providing nourishment and comfort to young individuals facing difficult circumstances. The renovated kitchen will not only improve the overall daily living conditions for these young people but will also contribute to a sense of community and normalcy during challenging times.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to The Hotel Bethlehem for their extraordinary support during the renovation period. Understanding the temporary inconvenience posed by the kitchen renovations, The Hotel Bethlehem generously sponsored meals for the youth, ensuring they continued to receive nutritious and delicious food while the kitchen was out of commission. This act of kindness reflects the spirit of community collaboration that makes our region truly special.
