LINC Adds to Its Client Services Team

The Lehigh Valley-based nonprofit welcomes Danielle Matarazzo and Christina Tomsic as client services specialists.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (January 22, 2025) – LINC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering inclusive and welcoming workplaces and communities, is excited to announce the addition of Danielle Matarazzo and Christina “Chris” Tomsic as client services specialists. In their roles, Matarazzo and Tomsic will offer confidential guidance and connect newcomers with resources to help them settle and make the Lehigh Valley their home.

“Danielle and Chris are deeply knowledgeable of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, particularly northeast Pennsylvania,” said LINC President Katelyn Mack. “Their ability to expand our network and tailor their support to the unique needs of the working professionals moving to the area will be invaluable as we connect individuals and families with the resources they need to thrive in our community.”

In their new roles, Matarazzo and Tomsic will be vital in helping LINC’s employer partners attract and smoothly transition new talent to the area. They will provide personalized support to individuals at various stages of their careers, from recent college graduates to mid-career professionals and senior executives. Matarazzo and Tomsic will directly support LINC’s mission of facilitating the seamless relocation and integration of new employees, making LINC an indispensable partner for employers seeking to recruit and retain the best talent.

Danielle Matarazzo

Before joining LINC, Matarazzo worked in the biotech and medical device industry, where she developed strong communication and relationship-building skills. A Lehigh Valley resident for 20 years, Matarazzo now lives in Saucon Valley with her husband and three children. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where clients feel a true sense of belonging.

Chris Tomsic

Tomsic earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management, both from Muhlenberg College. Tomsic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, project management, human resources, community engagement and relationship management. She resides in Palmerton with her husband. Her commitment to cultivating inclusive environments drives her mission to create meaningful impact in every organization she serves.
