Allentown School District announces the following events will take place between in our schools between April 25 – May 6. As always, below are some highlights to consider for next week:
ASD Kindergarten Registration:
- April 25: Mosser Elementary School, 129 South Dauphin Street – 484-765-5880
- April 27: Lehigh Parkway Elementary School, 1708 Coronado Street – 484-765-4440
- April 28: Luis A. Ramos Elementary School, 1430 West Allen Street – 484-765-4840
- April 29: Muhlenberg Elementary School, 740 North 21st Street – 484-765-4860
- All ASD Parents/Guardians – April 27; 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Healthy Minds/Healthy Bodies Workshop at Harrison-Morton Middle School. This workshop will provide participants with information on healthy lifestyle choices including healthy eating and nutritional facts and appropriate physical activity. FREE and open to all ASD parents/guardians.
- Dieruff High School – April 28 and 29 at 7 p.m. and April 30 at 2 p.m.: Theatre Department presents The Producers. Tickets are $8/students and seniors; $10/adults. Performance in the Dieruff High School Auditorium, 815 N. Irving Street.
- William Allen High School – April 28; 7:00 p.m.: Spring Instrumental Concert featuring Concert Band and Orchestra in the Dr. John McHugh Auditorium. Admission is $5 per person.
- Union Terrace Elementary School – April 29; 9:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.: Spring Fling Concert
- Raub Middle School – April 29; 12:30 p.m.: Raub Middle School Ensemble Performance at 9th Annual Children’s Memorial Flag Raising Ceremony in Courtyard of Lehigh County Government Center located at 17 S. 7th Street.
- ASD Middle Schools – May 1; 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: ASD Middle School Art Show Reception at Allentown Art Museum located at 31 N. 5th Street. There is no charge to attend.
