July 12, 2025 – Stroudsburg, PA The Pocono Chamber of Commerce, a proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, joined the Business Community on Saturday, July 12th, to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Cozy Kitty Café.
Owner, Entrepreneur, and Stroudsburg Resident, Amanda Counterman took her passion and experience and brought it straight to the Poconos to unleash the Cozy Kitty Café. As a Store manager of PetSmart Amanda had a passion to rescue, she’d help the stray cats in her community and assist them in finding their FUR-EVER homes. The Café is a therapeutic environment with adoptable kitties who are looking for some much-needed play time! The entry fee is required although it goes to hefty vet bills coming in and to take proper care of all their furry friends.
There are not just adorable adoptable kitties, The Cozy Kitty Café also offers exclusive coffee, incredible milkshakes, delicious snacks, and it’s BYOB! They truly have everything for any feline lover to enjoy.
The Pocono Chamber of Commerce was honored to welcome the Cozy Kitty Café to the Stroudsburg Business Community following such an important milestone for business partners Amanda Counterman and Anthony Shea.
