Bethlehem, PA (November 18, 2025) – Santa’s favorite helpers check off their lists at the Shoppe at Hotel Bethlehem. This year, there are many new custom items to put under the tree or send to your loved ones who can’t make it home to Bethlehem this holiday season. “We went custom crazy this year,” said JoAnn Haines, the Director of Hotel Decor and Retail Operations. “People are tired of cheap online junk and big box store plastic. They want quality gifts with meaning from places they love. And boy do we have a lot of them. There’s a canvas print of the Star of Bethlehem r gleaming over Bethlehem’s Central Moravian Church, hand painted ornaments made in Austria featuring the hotel, and tins of peppermint bark among other goodies.”

Annual collectible ornament now available
Collectors look forward to Historic Hotel Bethlehem’s annual ornament release every year. Since 2011, artist Peter Preiss has handpainted holiday hotel scenes. This year’s ornaments feature the local icon dusted with snow and the Star of Bethlehem in an icy blue sky.

The annual collectible peppermint bark tin is also available while supplies last. It features artwork from local photographer Chris Fiegel and candy from Bazzini, a Lehigh Valley confectioner.

Light up canvas prints feature classic Bethlehem holiday scenes
The Shoppe is also offering light up canvases that highlight nighttime Bethlehem scenes. There’s the Central Moravian Church with the Star of Bethlehem shining in a midnight sky, a classic horse and carriage out front of Historic Hotel Bethlehem, and a festive view of Main Street. “Since USA Today named Bethlehem’s Main Street the best one in America this year, we wanted to highlight that for sure,” said Haines.

“Visitors are always excited to see the Shoppe’s Christmas window display and this year’s is just delightful,” said Haines. The window facing Main Street features a lighted angel flying against a star-filled deep blue sky. An eyelash faux fur coat, which is available for purchase, stands as an elegant centerpiece.
