MAYOR ED PAWLOWSKI TO GIVE AWAY TURKEYS TO LOCAL FAMILIES

Mayor Ed Pawlowski will be giving away over 50 free turkeys to local families on Monday, November 24, at 12:00 noon at the Syrian/Arab-American Charity Association located at 608 ½ N. 2nd St. in Allentown. The turkeys are being donated by Eddie Trujillo, owner of Supremo Foods and Supremo Food Markets.

“It’s important to remember those less fortunate at this time of year who could really use some help in having a nice dinner for their family,” said Pawlowski. “It’s great to have a new corporate partner in Supremo Foods who is willing to give back to the community. I want to thank Eddie Trujillo for his kindness and for making the holidays a little brighter for these families.”

Supremo Foods is getting ready to open its first Supremo Food Market in the area, at 602 N. 7th St. in Allentown. “I’m happy to help out members of our community, and partner with Mayor Pawlowski,” said Trujillo, President and CEO of Supremo Foods. “Everyone deserves to have a nice family dinner on Thanksgiving, and I’m happy to provide them with the turkeys. I’m looking forward to the opening of our market, and I’m proud to be part of the business community here in Allentown.”
