Emmaus Public Library celebrates Libraries Lead! With Kindness



 

Celebrate National Library Week from April 8th through April 14th with the Emmaus Public Library. This year’s theme is Libraries Lead! The library has chosen Kindness as a focus of special events for all ages.  

Celebrate National Library Week with our multigenerational events. All are welcome! 

Pinterest Party Monday 4/9 @ 7PM: Kindness Rocks. Supplies provided for first 30 people to arrive. 

Multi-generational Book Discussion Wednesday 4/11 @ 7PM: Wonder by R.J. Palacio. Free books available while supplies last. 

Bullying Prevention Workshop Thursday 4/12 @ 7PM: presented by Signe Whitson author, Director of Counseling & Wellness at The Swain School, and the Chief Operating Officer of the Life Space Crisis Intervention Institute. 

College Funding Workshop Saturday 4/14 @ 10am: presented by Mario Carannante of The College Funding Coach ©

Family Film Saturday 4/14 @ 2PM: Wonder (2017) PG 1h53m

The events also show the range of literacies that libraries provide: basic, information, civic & social, financial and health.
