Ciocca Dealerships Continues to Expand with Williamsport Acquisitions
Quakertown, Pa — Ciocca Dealerships is proud to announce the acquisition of four new dealerships and its expansion into northern Pennsylvania in March 2019.
The new dealerships were purchased from Fairfield Auto Group in Muncy and will include three new franchises to Ciocca — BMW, Toyota and Genesis — as well as two additional dealerships from manufacturers already in the Ciocca family — Honda and Hyundai.
“We are thrilled to announce our expansion into the greater Williamsport area with these acquisitions from the Fairfield Group,” said founder and CEO Gregg Ciocca. “We look forward to introducing our family and our brand to our new customers in northern Pennsylvania who have demonstrated through the years that they share our respect for fairness, hard work and quality.”
The dealerships are all located in the current Fairfield Auto Mall on Lycoming Mall Drive off Interstate 180. The new acquisitions will give Ciocca Dealerships 16 dealerships across Pennsylvania and New Jersey with 14 different vehicle brands.
Genesis and Hyundai share a showroom at the Auto Mall, while BMW recently moved in to a new facility at the location.
On March 25th, 2019 Automotive News published their list of the Top 150 largest auto retail groups in the United States and Ciocca Dealerships is excited to be ranked number 107.  Ciocca Dealerships began more than four decades ago in the driveway of Gregg Ciocca’s childhood home in Warminster. Ciocca bought his first new car dealership – Quakertown Ford — in 1993 and today the Ciocca Dealerships also include Ciocca Ford, Ciocca Hyundai, Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown, Ciocca Ford of Souderton, Ciocca Honda of Harrisburg, Buick GMC of West Chester and Ciocca Subaru and Ciocca Volkswagen, both in Allentown.
In 2015 Audi Allentown was added to the line-up of Lehigh Valley dealerships and a new, state-of-the-art facility is now open in Wescosville.
In 2017 Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton joined the group and in 2018 Ciocca acquired Mercedes Benz of Flemington and Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester.
The Ciocca family of businesses also includes four collision centers, located in Quakertown, Allentown, Harrisburg and West Chester.

With this latest addition the Ciocca family of dealerships now accounts for almost $750 million in annual sales, employs more than 850 people and have satisfied countless customers throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and beyond. Ciocca is particularly proud that two of the first three employees he hired remain with the business today – a testimony to the values that has made Ciocca Dealership a trusted brand for more than 40 years.
