Bestselling Author, Elizabeth Gilbert, to Headline Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit



 

Founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga®, Sadie Nardini, along with inspirational and educational breakout sessions to be featured at the annual event.

 

Allentown, PA – May 13, 2019 – Best selling author and one of Time Magazine’s most influential people, Elizabeth Gilbert, will headline Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit on Wednesday, June 5, 2019. Registration is open for the largest gathering of professional women in the Greater Lehigh Valley.

 

Gilbert is best known for her 2006 memoir, EAT PRAY LOVE, which chronicled her solo journey around the world seeking solace after a difficult divorce. She is also the author of SIGNATURE OF ALL THINGS and BIG MAGIC: CREATIVE LIVING BEYOND FEAR. Her latest novel, CITY OF GIRLS – a rollicking, sexy tale of the New York City theater world during the 1940s – will be published in June of 2019 and all Summit attendees will receive a copy.

 

Joining Gilbert at the Summit is the inspirational entrepreneur and social media notable, Sadie Nardini. An Anatomy of Yoga-Certified instructor, Nardini is an online leader in at-home course sales, creating high-quality virtual yoga/fitness/teacher tools trainings and courses. Her social media reaches over 1-2 million viewers a month between Facebook, Instagram and more.

 

Among additional Summit participants are Meloney Sallie-Dosunmu, Ellen Kern and Nancy Dischinat. Three-time Emmy ® award-winning, Ashley Russo, will serve as event emcee for the fifth year. The all-day event will feature engaging breakouts on entrepreneurism, philanthropy, social media, leadership, personal branding, and philanthropy. Every June, over 500 women experience this unique and empowering event that has been known to transform lives and inspire change.

 

Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit, now in its 10th year, will be held from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Cedar Crest College. Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Council, along with Cedar Crest College and United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s Women United, are committed to inspiring and educating women across the region to help reach their fullest potential.
