Bryan Tuk is an Attorney, Arts CEO and Musician. Bryan’s legal practice is focused on business law, family law, arts and entertainment law and non-profit organizations.  His law practice is based in Allentown.  For more information, please visit http://tuklaw.com.

Bryan advises clients on the acquisition of finance and credit, corporate law issues, banking and commercial lending law, and the sale and acquisition of businesses and commercial properties. He has significant experience in representing national, regional and community lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions. Mr. Tuk has advised clients on hundreds of transactions with an aggregate deal value of over $2.9 Billion

In addition, Bryan provides a broad range of legal services to clients involved in the creation, production and management of creative works. He understands the specific needs of the entertainment industry, including copyright law, music publishing and media matters. He has advised actors, record labels, recording artists, recording studios, songwriters, producers, record labels, music industry entrepreneurs and filmmakers.

Bryan is licensed to practice in PA and NJ, and is a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County.

Mr. Tuk received his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 2000, and his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from West Chester University in 1996.

Bryan was selected by peers for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star, 2010 and 2012, which is an honor extended to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania. Bryan was also named a Select Lawyer in Business/Commercial Law by Lehigh Valley Style magazine 2014.

Currently, Bryan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Allentown Symphony Association, Inc., and a former board member of Youth Education in the Arts!

As an arts entrepreneur, Bryan is the founder, Executive Director and CEO of the Allentown JazzFest.

Bryan is a voting member of The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, which is internationally known for the GRAMMY Awards.
