We have food vendors from all around the region and some traveling from as far as Laurel, Maryland to return to this annual festival. The menu is fantastic and includes a wide variety of

barbecue options, including, pork and beef ribs, pulled pork, and brisket, along with roasted corn, fried pickles, “walking tacos” and so much more. The collection of food vendors includes locals like, Allentown Brew Works, Roar Social House, The Hamilton Kitchen, Danny’s Fine Foods, Tim Horton’s, Tony Luke’s, and Aw Shucks Roasted Corn. And, we welcome visitors Kloby’s Smokehouse, Fire & Spice BBQ, Sinfully Delicious Bakery, and J&J Kettle Korn, among others.

A Barbecue Competition where food vendors compete in five categories: chicken, beef, pork, baked beans and salad is back for the eighth year, as well. Judges score anonymously based on characteristics like unique quality, taste and presentation. The winner will be announced at 4:15 pm. The judging panel is comprised of representatives from Allentown businesses of Allentown and the Allentown Police Department.

More than a dozen vendors and artists join us this year, including the LED Flyers, Perfectly Posh, Newkirk Honey, Green Bark Press Inc., Fantastic Faces and Body Art, The Bacon Jams, Curly Goose Cottage and for their second year – Buzz Box, providing hand-crafted, wooden beer and wine carriers.

For those over 21 years of age, there will plenty of refreshing beverages to be enjoyed responsibly. Partnering with our local brewery – Fegley’s Brew Works, beverage supplier – Geiger Beverages and mead crafter, The Colony Meadery, we are able to offer six varieties of beer and a blend of white, red and honey wines. Beers on tap will include both domestic and craft varieties with something for everyone!
