Via Thrift Store in Fountain Hill to Reopen June 12

BETHLEHEM, PA – Via of the Lehigh Valley announced today that it is reopening its Thrift Store at 1401 Broadway, Fountain Hill, on Friday, June 12.  The Agency also announced that is has permanently closed its Thrift Store in Nazareth.

Via’s nonprofit Thrift Store provides an array of gently used and new goods from clothing and shoes to housewares and furniture at great prices while supporting Via’s mission to help people with disabilities reach their full potential.

Via has taken steps to ensure the safety of both employees and customers, including cleaning, disinfecting and social distancing. Masks are required for all customers and employees. Business hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm and Sunday 11 am – 5 pm. Tuesdays from 10 am – 11 am are reserved for seniors and people with compromised immune systems. Members of the military and students get a 15% every day when they show their ID and seniors get a !5% discount on Tuesdays.

Via is accepting donations of clothing only until Monday, June 15. On June 15th and after, Via will begin to accept donations of furniture and housewares. The Agency has permanently suspended donation pickups.
