Lamont McClure and Gracedale Nursing Home will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for Gracedale residents, employees and members of the public on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 9:00AM – 3:00PM at 2 Gracedale Avenue in Nazareth, PA 18064. The clinic will offer the Moderna vaccine.
