Valley Youth House Announces Hiring of Executive Vice President for Program Growth

LEHIGH VALLEY, PA (07/07/2021) – Valley Youth House is pleased to announce that John “Jay” Deppeler, M.Ed., has been selected to serve as the Executive Vice President for Program Growth.

This new position will help Valley Youth House identify opportunities to provide quality programming to additional youth and families and manage contract negotiations with various county and state funders and Managed Care Organizations.

Jay most recently served as EVP/Chief Administration and Program Officer for Inperium, Inc., a nonprofit whose agencies provide services in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Behavioral Health, Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, and Drug & Alcohol sectors. Prior to that, Jay served as President & CEO of Edison Court, Inc., which provides behavioral health and residential programs for youth with various behavioral challenges.

Jay received a B.A. in Psychology from Muhlenburg College and a M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University.
