Allentown, PA – November 28, 2023 – Continuing a long-standing tradition, Allentown-based financial firm, One Financial Services, is once again participating in the National Day of Giving, also known as Giving Tuesday. This year, the employees of One Financial Services have directed $6,970 to 21 different charities of their choice.

Celebrated on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, which this year is November 28, 2023, National Day of Giving is meant to serve as a way to share and care after the feasting of Thanksgiving and the shopping events of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It serves as a fitting beginning to the holiday season.

One Financial Services, led by Principal and Co-founder, Jack Morrone, is a frequent year-round contributor to and participant in regional charitable efforts. In addition to those ongoing corporate efforts, the Giving Tuesday holiday provides the opportunity for each One Financial Services Team member to direct funds to an organization close to their heart. Depending on the length of tenure, individual donations may range from $100 to $750.

The 2023 recipients include Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank, American Stroke Association, BEST, Inc., Camp Fatima, Center for Animal Health & Welfare, Elevation Christian Ministries, Family Promise of Lehigh Valley, Fine Arts Discovery Series, Forgotten Felines and Fidos, Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Martin Guitar Charitable Foundation, Memorial Library of Nazareth, Mercy School for Special Learning, Miracle League of Lehigh Valley, Nazareth Area Food Bank, Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley, Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, Sanctuary at Haafsville, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Turning Point of Lehigh Valley.
