Will is eager to transition her extensive experience from a successful career in fitness to the dynamic realm of real estate.

With experience in fitness, Will is skilled in cultivating relationships and guiding individuals toward their goals. Before joining the Rebecca Francis Team, Will was a personal trainer at the Desert Mountian Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she taught group fitness classes.

Will currently lives in Center Valley with her husband and two sons. An active community member, Will serves as secretary on the executive board of the Southern Lehigh Youth Basketball Association. As an advocate for teamwork and athletic participation, Will actively engages in Southern Lehigh community sports, including baseball, basketball, football, and lacrosse. Will earned her bachelor’s degrees in exercise science and physiology from Arizona State University.
