Client 1st Financial Gifts $35K Through NAP to Support a Local Nonprofit
The financial advisory firm’s total giving to New Bethany has surpassed $90,000.
Fogelsville, Pa. (April 23, 2025)— Client 1st Financial, a trusted financial advisory firm in Lehigh Valley, donated $35,000 to New Bethany Inc. through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s 2024-25 Neighborhood Assistance Program: Special Program Priorities, to support the nonprofit’s Economic Resilience Project. New Bethany provides access to nutritious food, housing and social services.
“At Client 1st Financial, we believe financial well-being starts with a strong community,” said Michael J. Fischer, president and CEO of Client 1st Financial. “Supporting New Bethany’s Economic Resilience Project is an investment in stability, opportunity, and long-term impact for those who need it most.”
New Bethany’s NAP project is working to increase economic resilience in response to persistent systemic social injustice, which is exacerbated by the ongoing negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on vulnerable and at-risk communities. This will be accomplished by providing case management with a focus on gaining and maintaining employment, which leads to stabilization.
Client 1st Financial was among the first businesses to invest in New Bethany’s inaugural NAP project in 2022, focused on housing advocacy and assistance. Including NAP and other contributions, Client 1st Financial has donated over $90,000 to New Bethany, with an additional
$50,000 pledged over the next five years.
“Client 1st Financial has been a steadfast partner in our mission to reduce poverty and create lasting change,” said Marc Rittle, New Bethany’s executive director. “Their continued investment through the NAP program helps us provide the support and resources our community members need to build stability and resilience. We’re deeply grateful for their commitment and leadership.”
