Westervelt, Jr., highly respected Monroe County attorney, has joined the firm. Mr. Westervelt’s legal foundation was shaped early in his career by his clerkship with the Honorable Samuel J. Roberts, Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania (1973–1974), providing him with valuable insight into appellate practice and judicial decision-making. His courtroom expertise is demonstrated through his involvement in several notable cases, including Buzzard v. Road Runner Trucking, Pansey v. Borough of Stroudsburg, and Truax v. Roulhac, each highlighting his ability to navigate complex litigation and deliver exceptional results.

Throughout his career, Mr. Westervelt has earned the respect of his peers and the broader legal community.
