Service Electric Selects Incognito Software Systems and General Datatech to Deliver Next-Generation DOCSIS Provisioning Solution
Bethlehem, PA – Service Electric Cable TV (SECTV), the nation’s first cable television company and a leading provider of broadband internet in eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey, has partnered with Incognito Software Systems and General Datatech (GDT) to implement Incognito’s industry-leading DOCSIS provisioning solution.

Through this deployment, SECTV is now leveraging Incognito’s Broadband Command Center, a carrier-grade platform designed to support end-to-end device provisioning and management. The solution enhances service reliability and security, accelerates the rollout of multi-play services, streamlines operations, and improves the subscriber experience by enabling automatic, accurate configuration of devices across all vendors, firmware versions, and DOCSIS standards.
