AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION/AMERICAN STROKE ASSOCIATION, Allentown is looking for volunteers who are able to help at the “Go Red for Women” event on May 11. Help is needed with registration, auction, check out, and to interact with guests and staff. Lunch will be provided. D & L NATIONAL HERITAGE CORRIDOR, Easton needs April Trail Tenders for Hugh Moore Park and Lehigh Drive Clean Up from 9am-12:30pm Saturday, April 14 (rain date 4/21). Volunteers will meet at the National Canal Museum in Hugh Moore Park at 9am to break into groups for various activities: clean up along trails and Lehigh Drive, prep for educational field trips, clear branches, plant flowers and more. EQUI-LIBRIUM, INC., Nazareth needs volunteers (14+ years) to be horse leaders and side helpers to   assist during horseback riding and cart driving lessons for children and adults with special needs. Our next 11-week session starts March 12. Volunteers sign up to help the same participant for one hour once a week for 11 weeks. MORAVIAN HISTORICAL SOCIETY, Bethlehem is looking for volunteers (14+ years) from 9am-1pm on Saturday, May 5 (rain date 5/12) to help beautify the grounds of historic Whitefield House and Gray Cottage in Nazareth. Help fill holes, pickup branches, and do general gardening to prepare for upcoming Annual Arts & Crafts Festival on June 2. Opportunities include Set Up/Clean Up, Passport & T-Shirt Sales, Sell Beverages, Restock Chili Paper Supplies, Customer Service/Street Guide, Guide Celebrity Judges, and help with Hot Pepper Eating Contest. WILDLANDS CONSERVANCY, Emmaus needs volunteers to help with their Wild Eggs Event on Sunday, April 15. Help with fun activities for kids: coloring, cookie decorating, transform wooden eggs into wild animals, make bookmarks, visit with animals, and hunt for eggs on their nature trail.   Help also needed with check-in and parking.
