One of the most celebrated and respected performers of her generation, Lewis got her start as the dynamic frontwoman of influential LA group Rilo Kiley, best known for hits like “Portions for Foxes,” “With Arms Outstretched,” “Does He Love You” and “Pictures of Success.” In 2004 she began her genre-defying solo career which has included critically acclaimed albums “Rabbit Fur Coat” with The Watson Twins, “Acid Tongue” and “The Voyager.” In addition to her solo work, she was a member of The Postal Service, led by Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie; part of the duo Jenny and Johnny; and most recently the lead vocalist for the super group trio Nice As F**k with Au Revoir Simone’s Erika Forster and The Like’s Tennessee Thomas.

Lewis’ work has led her to grace the stages of Coachella, Austin City Limits, Nelsonville Music Festival, Ann Arbor Folk Festival, Outside Lands, Sound Summit and more. She’s also collaborated with Beck, Elvis Costello, Ryan Adams and M. Ward, among others.

As a former child star, Lewis appeared in more than a dozen teen movies including Troop Beverly Hills and The Wizard, and now works as a director on music videos for her own songs like “Just One Of The Guys,” “She’s Not Me” and NAF’s “Door.”
