Vegetarian Sautéed Caprese Pierogi topped with fresh mozzarella, tomato and balsamic glaze and crowned with fresh basil.
For those with a sweet tooth, a decadent fried Apple Pie Pierogi stuffed with warm apple filling, coated in cinnamon sugar and finished with whipped cream and caramel sauce will also be offered. Attendees can enjoy them solo or mix and match to share with family and friends.
In addition to pierogis, the afternoon will feature live music, yard games and more. More than 1,500 people attended the first PierogiFest, held in 2017 at Clubhouse Grille. Complete details on the 2019 event will be announced later this year. For tickets and information, visit www.steelstacks.org.
