BETHLEHEM, PA—Billboard chart-topping alternative rockers The Revivalists along with special opening act SUSTO, will thrill Musikfest attendees at the Sands Steel Stage when they perform at the festival Aug. 8 at 7 p.m. Tickets for the concert are $34-$64 and go on sale May 7, 10 a.m., to ArtsQuest Members and May 10, 10 a.m., to the public at www.musikfest.org and 610-332-3378.

Known for hits like “All My Friends,” “Change” and their gold-selling number-one single “Wish I Knew You,” which resulted in 200 million streams and topped the Adult Alternative and Alternative radio chart, The Revivalists have gained a dedicated following since forming in 2007.

The octet consists of lead vocalist David Shaw, joined by guitarist Zack Feinberg, drummer Andrew Campanelli, bassist George Gekas, pedal steel guitarist Ed Williams, saxophonist Rob Ingraham, keyboardist/trumpeter Michael Giradot and percussionist PJ Howard. Thanks to its wide range of musical talent, the band delivers a memorable sound that crosses many genres including rock, R&B, soul and country.

The Revivalists fourth and most recent album, Take Good Care, released in September 2018 was recorded and co-written with multiple producers and writers including Dave Cobb [Sturgill Simpson, Chris Stapleton], Andrew Dawson [Kanye West, Fun., Sleigh Bells] and Dave Bassett [Elle King, Vance Joy].
