PBS39 to Air More Than Money With Gene Dickison

Lehigh Valley native Gene Dickison brings financial insights to local living rooms on PBS39 beginning January 2020

 

Bethlehem, PA. – December 20, 2019 – Lehigh Valley Public Media, home of PBS39 will air More Than Money With Gene Dickison, beginning in January, 2020. The show will immediately follow the station’s Emmy Award winning Counter Culture. More Than Money, tackles a variety of financial topics in an easy-to-understand way, that will help viewers feel more confident about their financial know-how.

Dickison has broadcast more than 1,250 shows over 28 plus years. His show is one of the longest-running financial shows in America today.

“Serving the community through financial literacy is an important part of our civic duty,” Tim Fallon, Chief Executive Officer of Lehigh Valley Public Media said. “This partnership lends us the chance to educate the community at large, and I’m extremely proud of the team here for producing such impactful content.”

More Than Money will be produced by Lehigh Valley Public Media’s Damaris Vega, who currently produces the station’s Es Tiempo, a weekly talk show that highlights the diversity and cultural essence of the Latino community in the Greater Lehigh Valley. Vega will also assist host Dickison in taking viewers’ questions via phone, in both Spanish and English.
