Mom & Baby yoga classes are a very comfortable, supportive environment where moms can meet other women, enjoy special times with their babies, and experience the benefits of yoga without worrying about babies “bothering” others.
These classes have their own special rhythm, following the needs of the babies. Bring a blanket for your baby and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No prior yoga experience necessary. You and your newborn are through active crawling, are welcome and may participate as gently as you like; if you have questions about when to start, do ask your midwife or doctor.
$75 for 6 week series. Missed classes can be rolled over to a following series with 24hr notice.
