VALLEY PREFERRED CYCLING CENTER ANNOUNCES INSTALLATION OF VIDEOBOARD

TREXLERTOWN, Pa. – Early Tuesday morning Valley Preferred Cycling Center executive director Marty Nothstein announced the plans for a new videoboard to be installed inside the facility, greatly enhancing the fan experience and the reputation of the facility as world-class.

The video board will be between turns three and four, positioning itself well for all spectators throughout the facility.

“The staff and myself are excited for the installation of this new video board,” Nothstein related. “This visual component is something that will elevate our facility to the next level and really provide some great entertainment for our fans to complement the Olympic cycling.”

The video board will serve many purposes for the various events held at VPCC throughout the year, including the ability to show race results, instant replays, highlights, and more.

The installation is in the early phases with its completion expected in the coming months.

Placing a videoboard in the facility is the last of five total initiatives enacted this offseason by the VPCC to enhance the fan experience in T-Town. Additionally, VPCC has announced a simplification to its ticketing structure, launched a mobile app, unveiled a new concert series, and announced the return of post-race Firework Extravaganzas presented by the Schmoyer Funeral Home, Trexler Funeral Home, and the J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home.
