The LGBT Business Council celebrated National Coming Out Day with a Rainbow Bar Crawl. The crawl included sampling signature drinks a different color of the rainbow at the participating bars/restaurants. Participants also received a signature bar crawl cup and complimentary appetizers from each location.
The LGBT Business Council is a partnership of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce celebrating the diversity and inclusivity of regional businesses.
The LGBT Business Council’s core principals are as follows:
• Advocate on behalf of LGBT businesses.
• Foster diversity in the Lehigh Valley business community.
• Promote business networking and exchange in the LGBT business community.
• Improve the quality of life of LGBT communities in the Lehigh Valley.
• Provide education and mentoring to LGBT and allied professionals.
• Offer LGBT-oriented employer/employee training programs.
• Promote non-discrimination policies in pursuit of a judgment free and accepting business environment across the Valley.
