Deer Tick takes the stage at the Musikfest Café presented by Yuengling March 6, 8 p.m. Best known for delivering a convergence of folk and punk rock performances on NPR’s World Café, this American alternative rock band originally from Providence, R.I. is composed of guitarist Ian O’Neil, bassist Chris Ryan, drummer Dennis Ryan and singer-songwriter John J. McCauley, who Stevie Nicks described as “a little bit Tom Petty, a little bit Johnny Cash and a little bit spectacular.” Highlighting the acoustic and electric dichotomy of Deer Tick, the band’s 2018 “Twice is Nice” Tour features two sets focused on their latest albums “Deer Tick Vol. 1 & Vol. 2” as well as music from past records. Tickets for the show are $25-$30 in advance and $27-$30 day of show.

On Feb. 24, 7:30 p.m., Rusted Root front man Michael Glabicki returns to the Musikfest Café presented by Yuengling for a dynamic solo performance. Rusted Root, the multi-platinum band out of Pittsburgh, evolved around Glabicki’s distinct sound and grew into a musical entity that has thrived. A multifaceted musician, producer and songwriter, Glabicki’s talents are unique and extremely uplifting and his show features  Rusted Root’s hits like “Send Me on My Way” and “Back to Earth,” as well as new songs. Tickets for his show are $20-$25.

The Musikfest Café presented by Yuengling welcomes Austin-based electronica duo MISSIO Feb. 28, 8 p.m. Best known for the hit single “Middle Fingers” and appearances at Firefly and Lollapalooza music festivals, MISSIO is comprised of Matthew Brue and David Butler. The pair broke on to the influential Alt-18 Countdown of SiriusXM’s Alt Nation earlier this year, and quickly followed that success with the release of its full-length debut, “LONER.” Tickets for the show are $10-$15 advance and $12-$17 day of show.
