The Youngest Victims – Fostering Opioid-Impacted Infants | Conversations with KidsPeace

One of the heartbreaking aspects of America’s opioid epidemic is its impact on foster care – especially when it comes to babies whose mothers used the drugs during pregnancy. In one Pennsylvania community, KidsPeace Foster Care is working to bring answers and hope to foster parents and healthcare workers caring for opioid-impacted infants.

On the latest episode of our Conversations with KidsPeace podcast series, learn more about this effort and the challenges of caring for these youngest victims of the opioid crisis. https://www.kidspeace.org/fostering-opioid-impacted-infants/

Guests: Heather Moore (PA Eastern Regional Manager, KidsPeace Foster Care and Community Programs); Megan Craig (KidsPeace foster parent, Doylestown, PA)
