Strut Your Mutt Returns to Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks June 9

BETHLEHEM, PA—Calling all canines! The annual Strut Your Mutt Dog Show returns to the Levitt Pavilion at SteelStacks June 9, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., for a howlin’ good time celebrating the cutest and most talented furry friends.

Individuals can enter their dogs to compete for prizes in several contests including Best Rescue, Best Costume, Best Trick, Cutest Puppy and Most Awesome Dog Ever. Registration is available at www.levittsteelstacks.org/strutyourmutt for $5 per category in advance, and at the venue for $10 per category day of event. A Doggie Swag Bag featuring a Frisbee, treats, doggie bandana, coupons and more is included for each pooch upon entry.

Other highlights of Strut Your Mutt include a Family Fun Dog Walk (registration is $15 per dog), as well as the “Doggie Vendor Market” featuring local pet businesses like A Furry Tail Come True, Anne’s Out & About Mobile Grooming, Bow Wow and Meow, Chaar, Pooch Smooch, Puppy Palace and Valley Central Veterinary Referral Central. During the event, pets can beat the heat at a Doggie Cool Down Station and sample dog friendly snacks available for purchase at the Mack Truck Stop.

After Strut Your Mutt, dogs and their owners are invited to stick around for the free Levitt Summer Concert Series show presented by Coordinated Health. Performing at 7:30 p.m. on the Levitt Pavilion stage are Hannah Gill & the Hours.

All proceeds from the Strut Your Mutt Dog Show go to support the free Levitt Summer Concert Series. Attendees are also asked to bring a bag of dog or cat food to be donated to area shelters dedicated to finding forever homes for homeless pets.

Strut your Mutt is supported by Chevy 21, A Furry Tail Come True, Bow Wow and Meow, Christmas City Veterinary Hospital, Freshpet, Puppy Palace, Chaar PA Leadership Charter School, Muhlenberg College Wescoe School of Continuing Education and Valley Central Veterinary Referral Center.
