I’ll manage

Even though- the walls cracked when I left,
And the floors had no tiles,
I’ll manage to build a mansion,
Made of brick and stones,
Over the decaying house,
I’ll manage to see the person
Who you came to be;
Even though the kids lost their dreams,
Parents’ dreams left unseen.
I’ll mange to see the light across the room,
That shines your inner truth.
Even though- the lights won’t come on,
And the food spoils,
I’ll grab you so close,
And never let go.
I’ll manage to be
The person I’m supposed to be.
Even through, the notice arrives,
I pull back from the shadow of doubt,
And grab you so close,
And never let go,
I’ll manage to be the person,
I’m supposed to be.
I’ll manage.

MY Life

It’s that time in my life,

When a path must be taken,

Depends on the path itself?
I took the wrong path,

Dark, with just a hint of light,

Psychedelic objects surrounding rose colored days.
I made a decision to leave my life,

Venture to new sights in hope of something new.

But that is only in dreams, that place,

I stay in that place.

Not afraid of the path itself, or a place in my dreams,

I have discovered the best place to be,

Here, present, on my path, wherever it goes.

The greatest feeling!

To be love,

For me,

Through the eyes,

Only you can see.

To be held,

As tight a glove,

Without a single budge,

Or a tug;

To be seen,

As tall as the maple tree,

Long as the rivers deep,

Tangled in the sea weed;

To be loved by you,

My confidant in times of need,

My strength when I’m weak,

And my beloved friend,

When my soul unforeseen.

The greatest treasurer’s one man can see,

Is the greatest feeling?

My best friend gives me.

Truly Yours!

Blistering winds,

Gush through the skies,

As our love,

Blossoms upon the bird flight;

Suddenly, I realize,

My heart asleep,

My eyes can’t see,

My steps upbeat,

And I’m truly yours!

Remember the sweet kiss,

The long stroking bliss,

My heart doesn’t ache,

Just the happiness without the pain,

That leaves me breathless.

As the sweet cherries taste,

Your love I will forever partake,

I can honestly say,

I’m truly yours!

Happy Valentine’s Day
