Oktoberfest, SteelStacks– Bethlehem, Pa. The 6th year of Oktoberfest started out rainy and damp last evening, but Warren Parks and his band Common Bond were keeping the few attendees’ warm on the dance floor with their upbeat tunes such as “Shut Up and Dance with Me”, “Uptown Funk”,”My Sharona”, “All Right Now”, ” Play that Funky Music” and ” Fireball” under the Yuengling Town Square Biergarten. Oktoberfest is a free festival that features samplings of brews, live music, authentic German food and Beer, as well as its many attractions such as axe-wielding lumberjacks, elimination style ice sculpting competition, dachshund races and local artisans. Oktoberfest will continue through this weekend and next.
