COFFEE WITH A COP FEBRUARY 5

Allentown police are inviting city residents and those who work in the city to have coffee with them on Tuesday, February 5.

Officers will be present in each of the four police service areas across the city from 7:30am-8:30am.  The event gives residents and workers an opportunity to get to know the officers in their neighborhood while having a casual conversation.

Police Chief Tony Alsleben said, “We are there to listen to the people about any issues in their neighborhoods, share a cup of coffee and engage in casual dialogue with our residents.”

Officers will be present at Hava Java at 526 N. 19th Street, Starbucks at 645 Hamilton Street and at McDonald’s at 1432 S. 4th Street and 1321 Union Boulevard.

Queen City Fraternal Order of Police is a title sponsor.  The host businesses are donating the coffee.
