The Merchant Square Mall was packed today. The Horror Sideshow Market returned. Horror fans and collectors came out despite the bitter cold day.  The special guests included Kevin Van Hentenryck (Basket Case, Basket Case 2, Brain Damage) Ken Sagoes (A Nightmare on Elm Street 3 Dream Warriors), Director Stevan Mena (Malevolence) and Father Evil.

It was cold, Jack Nicholson walking through the maze in The Shining cold. The Horror Sideshow Market is well organized, the staff is polite. The environment was fun and friendly. This event is interesting because it is in the Merchant Square Mall

( http://merchantssquaremall.com/ ) The Merchants Square Mall has been a staple in the Lehigh Valley for many years.

As you walk in you can walk around the Merchants Square Mall and visit the shops. It is easily accessible. There are plenty of people to help you out if you don’t know where to go. It is a good atmosphere and if you enjoy history, trains, war history. You can visit and talk to the people who work there.

“Antiques, collectibles, something for everyone.” That is the motto for the Merchants Square Mall. They are welcoming and there are quite a few shops and a place to grab some food inside. The set-up is great with space for people walk and talk.

The vendors had plenty to look at for the horror fans. I saw a few old and familiar friends and faces and met a lot of new people. The horror fans are some of the best people you will ever meet.

This event is also cool for fans if you are newer to conventions because it is a smaller event. You sort of get the gist and you can decide if it will be a conundrum or not? Make sure to check out Horror Sideshow Market and the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival. http://horrorsideshowmarket.com/
